Susie, this one is for you!

"6 of Mine"- 6 Unimportant things that make me happy.

1. A fresh pedicure. It just puts a spring in my step. And makes me not embarrassed in public. This is something I notice about everyone. Yes, I look. After I check out the teeth of course.

2. Laundry done, which also includes folded (or semi-folded...not that I would ever do that!) and put away. Especially because I am STILL not fitting into all my pre-pregnancy clothes. In other words, I have limited options. Come on people, i's only been....sigh, 6 months!

3. Gardening. I only wish I had more time to devote to that. There is something so therapeutic about it. (There is more about the garden coming soon.) Pre-kids I would sometimes be out there until 10pm!

4. The first couple of days after grocery shopping. There is none of that "What do you want for dinner?" and "I don't know. What do you want?" Of course this only happens when I don't do advance meal planning. Which lately seems to be the case. Sometimes I wish cereal for dinner was acceptable. Ok, all the time!

5. Taking an unrushed shower without someone banging on the door, opening the door letting the cold air in, someone crying for me....you get the picture. The Ultimate bonus is if I get to actually shave all the parts of my body that I use to do on a regular basis. It's crappy to have to choose which one part is the most important and will receive the attention for that day. It's even crappier to have to forgo all of them.

6. Slipping into fresh, clean sheets. Speaking of which.....

Night, night!

I tag everyone listed on my blogger list. I want to know what you have to say too!

Very interesting and the shaving part had me rolling and I didn't know about the toes but totally knew about the teeth. Long live my girl Leslie!

Oops - I didn't know that you were regularly SUPPOSED to shave all parts of your body. If I'm not wearing shorts, it doesn't matter, right? And I can't blame it on the kids either. DANG IT.

I wish I could not be bothered by hairy legs. I CAN'T stand the stubble rubbing on the sheets or on my pants if I don't shave. That doesn't bug you?!

Well I must say I loved those, and guess what my kids had for dinner last night...CEREAL! It wasn't even the healthyish kind, it was Reeses Puffs! What can I say, it's almost the end of the month and I was busy yesterday. Oh, and whenever Peyton hears me in the shower she insists on opening the door and me leaving it that way!
